Tracy Franklin

I was born and raised in Las Vegas, NV.  At a young age I fell in love
with the beauty of Southern Utah.  After raising our son in Las Vegas,
my husband and I finally made the move here.  We have lived in
Southern Utah for over 7 years.  My passions are enjoying time with
family and friends, hiking, playing with our dogs, decorating, and
renovating homes. I have a lot of experience working with people
during important life events.  At times, those events can become
extremely stressful.  I pride myself on trying to help the situation
and keep it as stress free as possible. As your Realtor I will strive
to communicate and promptly follow up.  Whether buying or selling, I
