An agent since 2001, I have been extensively involved with all aspects of listing, selling, leasing and managing real estate. I have working experience and knowledge of the financial and affiliated activities related to all facets of real estate transactions and have used my knowledge to help our clients with their real estate needs, including procuring and closing on fifty-five (55) separate parcels of real estate located in downtown Huntington for the development of a $22 million apartment community near the Marshall University campus.  I am also involved in the ownership, leasing and management of a real estate portfolio totaling over 544,000 sq. ft. in commercial and residential properties.  I believe that quality, blended with excellent service, is the foundation for a successful relationship and I am committed to offering the highest quality representation and service.
