Yana Viktorzhevska

Originally from Eastern Europe \342\200\223 Ukraine, and fluent in the Russian, Ukrainian and English languages, Yana moved to Tampa in 2016. She fell in love with the many cultural and diverse lifestyles, and of course, the beautiful sunny weather of the Tampa Bay area.

Earning a bachelor’s degree in International Economics, Yana enjoyed working 6 years as a marketing and advertising specialist which allowed her to engage with many different businesses and cultures. Her love for helping people, coupled with her fun and outgoing personality, led her down the path to real estate.  She prides herself in building trusting relationships complimented by giving her clients everything's she got. 

For Yana, it’s not just about selling or buying real estate. It’s about helping people find and choose a place to live, a place that they can call HOME. A place to raise families, move up or settle down. Her client centric style allows her to listen to her client’s goals, showing them a plan for buying their dream home or selling their home for the best price so they are confident and comfortable with their decision.  

When Yana's not busy with clients, she enjoys being outdoors riding her bicycle around peaceful trails. Traveling and observing nature’s beauty are her main inspirations. She likes other outdoor activities like playing tennis, parachuting, kayaking \342\200\223 you name it - as long as it's outdoors surrounded in nature!


Yana will do everything she can to make the process of home buying/selling as stress-free as possible. She measures her success by the satisfaction of her clients.
