Charlie is a former teacher/coach turned real estate agent who specializes in residential and lake home sales in the Fergus Falls area. Committed to providing excellent service and personal care during the home buying/selling process, he seeks to bring help, joy and benefit to each client. Charlie is confident that his genuine care for individuals, his tendency to listen more than talk, his eye for design, and his love of building makes him an agent that will give his clients a great experience selling or buying a home. Having been an educator for 26 years, Charlie views his most important role as an agent is to teach and guide clients through the real estate process. He has the heart of a teacher who immensely enjoys meeting and working with new people. Charlie received his real estate license in 2016 and has established himself as a successful realtor providing quality service to many satisfied clients. Charlie was awarded “Rookie of the Year” by the Lakes Region Association of Realtors (LRAR) in 2018. He was also recognized with the “Quality Service Award” in 2018 by Century 21. Charlie also serves on the MLS board of the LRAR.
