Hello, my name is Chris Kennedy. I moved to the Tampa Bay area in 1994. I am a USF alumni with concentrations in finance and economics. I have a passion for real estate and actively involve myself in local real estate groups, meetings and seminars. I am also a member of the Greater Association of Realtors. I am a firm believer that knowledge is power, especially when working with clients who are buying and selling their homes.

The locations that I specialize in are Brandon, Riverview, Ruskin, and Apollo Beach. I have previously worked for investment companies procuring properties in these locations. In addition to that, I own investment properties in these locations. I enjoy working with individuals looking to add real estate to their investment portfolios.
