Making the buying process of buyers and finding their dream home, first home, or their empty nester home a good experience is my goal. My sellers will always know the status of the selling process. Clear, concise and regular communication with both is of utter importance to me. I have numerous buyers and sellers that are second and third generation. Mothers and fathers and grandparents with whom I've worked in the past send their kids and grandkids to me for help. They know I am trustworthy and will take excellent care of their family members, whether buyer or selling. Being a native of Cape Girardeau and having been a REALTOR for many years, I have and continue to attend many training and educational classes, keeping up with market trends and technology in the Southeast Missouri market. Being the recipient of many awards is a testament to my experience and care but the big reward is helping people. I served on the Southeast Missouri Board of Realtors for many years as a Board member as well as on several committies. I attended Southeast Missouri State. My husband and I are blessed to have our son and daughter and three grands living in Cape Girardeau. Family is everything. That includes my fur babies too! I am definitely the matriarch of my family, always have been, and wouldn't have it any other way. REALTORS open all the right doors.
