I have been a Realtor® since 1977 starting in Ohio and now in the Tampa Bay area.
Through the years I have earned a BA in Economics, an MBA in Finance, and real estate specific designations including Short Sale Specialist, (SFR) and expertise in the use of the internet (e-PRO). And over my many years as a Realtor® I have logged hundreds of hours of real estate specific classes.
My extensive hands-on experience in remodeling, property management and new construction will serve you well in evaluating properties to fit your needs.
My wife Mary and I have a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, and we enjoy traveling, hiking, swimming and bicycling which we can do all year 'round now that we are here in Florida.
