The additional estimated 5.5 acres of pasture area is also available for additional rent along with the home. If tenant chooses to take advantage of the optional pasture area, the Tenant may keep whatever farm livestock they choose in accordance with any and all Maryland/Charles County Agricultural Codes, Ordinances and Regulations. It is the tenant's responsibility to research compliance with all regulatory agencies prior to bringing any livestock onsite. The tenant will be responsible for the maintenance of the pasture area, including any existing fencing, as well as for any additional fencing added to meet any and all requirements. Any new fencing installation will be at the tenant's expense and must be approved by the Property Manager prior to installation.
