  • Payment of the 2nd part of the purchase price in the amount of 25% of the total agreed purchase price, all in accordance with the Preliminary Real Estate Purchase Agreement.
  • Continuation of construction and execution of works in accordance with the schedule and the Preliminary Real Estate Purchase Agreement.
  • Payment of the 3rd part of the purchase price in the amount of 25% of the total agreed purchase price, all in accordance with the Preliminary Real Estate Purchase Agreement.
  • Continuation of the works until the complete construction of the house with swimming pool according to the "turnkey" system and the arrangement of the outdoor (surroundings) in accordance with the project documentation, which forms part of the Preliminary Real Estate Purchase Agreement.
  • Implementation of technical inspection.
  • Obtaining a valid use permit for a built house with a swimming pool.
  • Conclusion of the Real Estate Purchase Agreement and payment of the 4th (final) part of the purchase price in the amount of 10% of the total agreed purchase price, all in accordance with the Preliminary Real Estate Purchase Agreement.
  • Registration of the real estate in the Real Estate Cadastre (recording of the built house with swimming pool), obtaining the house number and final registration of ownership rights 1/1 in favor of the Buyer in the court register.
