The tenant assumes payment of part of the additional services, i.e., drawing up the lease contract, which includes the following broker activities: conducting the handover of the property and drafting the report, preparing and storing pictorial material, in accordance with the price list stated in the general terms of business of the real estate agency, so that the tenant pays a one-time fee for additional services of 3,400 EUR + 22% VAT on the advertised rent and duration of the lease.
