Kraj, the island of Pašman, for sale properly, dimensions approx. 35 m x 29 m, building land, currently native olive grove, surface area 1029 m2 in an excellent location, only 50 m to the most prestigious sandy island beach "Tratica". The beach is equipped with showers, playgrounds for children and adults, and bars for socializing and fast food. There is a sports and fishing harbor right next to the beach. From Tratice beach to the northwest is a Franciscan monastery from the 14th century, in front of which is another port.

The village of Kraj is located between the town of Tkon, where there is a ferry port, a market, a fish market, a pharmacy and a clinic, and the town of Pašman, so it is nice to walk along the sea to one or another center with authentic restaurants and other facilities.
