Without giving away my "secret sauce", I enjoy working with high integrity stagers, painters, landscape and contractors to really showcase the strengths of my clients' property. Then, I use my customer service and partnering skills to keep the buyer engaged to a smooth closing where we work together to get you the most return on your equity. There are at least 95 transactions involved in selling a home and I have expert project management skills to stay on top of a complex process. About me: I enjoy a great bottle of wine, aromatic coffee, Bruno Mars ( I am 1/2 Filipino), Andrea Bocelli and great fashion. You can find me in my spare time watching HGTV shows or Giada. I am a Texan who hails from Dallas, so I love my boots and open skies. My husband, Joe and I just acquired a dream mountain home in the Shenandoah Valley. Our son Thomas keeps us quite busy with his many interests in sports, science and ministry. I am a veteran home schooler and love to entertain. I am a published author and have been an spokeswoman for mostly humantarian and ministry causes. Joe and I can be seen in downtown D.C frequently at political or charity functions, when we are not at home reading, or planning our next adventure to Europe or the Philippines.
