Katie DeLeo is a Florida native with a thorough knowledge of the St Augustine area and a passion to share its beauty with as many people as possible. Katie has spent most of her life immersed in the Real Estate industry; it practically runs through her veins. She is a 3rd generation Florida Realtor who actively assists local and incoming residents navigate our complex real estate markets in St. Augustine proper and all its surrounding areas. In Katie’s own words, “Growing up, I always knew I wanted to work with people. Real Estate became my form of social work. Watching my single mother struggle to provide the best she could for my brother and me stopped the day she began her real estate career. It was then that a spark was ignited within me. I knew instantly this would be my avenue to help as many families as possible while also creating financial freedom for myself. What a beautiful journey it has been from there. At the age of 23, I obtained my real estate license. Then at age 29, I traded that in for my broker’s license. As far as I’m concerned, this is just the beginning. I pride myself on keeping up to date with the latest market trends and prices. In this industry, knowledge is power, and I believe that to provide my friends, family, and customers with the best quality service, keeping up with the latest and greatest tools and education is essential."
