Since 2003, I have had the pleasure to serve as a real estate agent, listing and selling real estate throughout the Washington Metropolitan area. At the start of my career, I was so eager to get my license, that as soon as I passed my test, I drove straight to the nearest real estate office, a Century 21 office, to inquire about how I could begin serving potential clients. Within weeks, I joined that very office and I have been with them ever since.
As a native resident of Washington, DC, also a previous resident of Northern Virginia and Prince George's County Maryland, I have a distinct understanding of the area's real estate market. My unique area perspective has proven to be an advantage in my career. Also, I pride myself on education and being resourceful. This is why I took advantage of as many real estate continuing education opportunities as possible starting very early on in my real estate career. I have attended countless seminars, conferences and webinars to hone my craft. I attained the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and GRI (Graduate, Realtor Institute) designations to separate myself from other agents. Prior to joining the real estate world, I was an accountant. As a person that is naturally gifted to understand numbers, I have a special ability to understand the various finance aspects of real estate to better position my clients for success when using a loan to purchase a home.
I am a full-service agent, licensed in DC, MD and VA, with a proven track record. I enjoy serving clients, sharing my expertise and providing my clients with the best representation during one of life's most important events. I specialize in meeting the needs of our service people in the military, first-time home buyers, those that are relocating and many more. I also have experience with short sales, estate sales and transactions that require coinciding settlements. I truly love what I do!
