Marcia Reynolds is a Middle Tennessee native, the broker/owner of Century 21 Landmark Realty, and has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. With a proven record for exceptional business practices and client service, she strives to help clients seamlessly navigate this challenging real estate market with remarkable expertise.
The growth here in Middle Tennessee continues and it is a very exciting time for the area. Easy access to large cities such as Nashville in Davidson County and smaller cities and rural areas such as those found in Cheatham, Robertson, and other Middle Tennessee counties gives Marcia the ability to help clients locate the type of lifestyle and community they prefer. She is honored to help people find a home, sell a property, or invest in real estate here in Middle Tennessee.
Marcia is a graduate of the University of Tennessee at Martin with a Bachelor of Business Administration/Accounting degree. She is a licensed CPA and worked in the Accounting field for 15 years before transitioning over to the real estate field. She began her real estate career as an investor in single family homes for rental and for renovation and resell. Her years spent in the accounting field and her personal real estate investing helped her gain knowledge, skills, and experience that allow her to provide the best service to her real estate clients, Her goal is to make each client feel comfortable and at ease with the process of buying, selling, or investing.
Marcia currently serves on the Robertson County Association of Realtors Board of Directors and previously served as treasurer. She has achieved award winning sales volume for the last 13 years.
Marcia is married to Jerry Reynolds, a local builder. They have 5 children and 4 grandchildren. Marcia and Jerry regularly attend and are actively involved in a local church. Aside from faith, family, and business, Marcia enjoys traveling (especially to the beach), reading a good book, and shopping for clothes, antiques, and gifts for the kids and grandkids!!!
