Natalie Ryan is a licensed REALTOR® and Property Manager of Century 21 Ryan Realty, Inc. since 2009. After graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Florida, Natalie returned home to pursue her passion in the family business with her mother, Melissa Ryan, and sister, Katie Patronis. Natalie believes that customer service is the backbone to any industry and has received the CENTURY 21® Pinnacle Quality Service Award for overall customer satisfaction in consecutive years. She also received the CENTURY 21® President's Award for outstanding production and quality service in consecutive years.
After several years in residential sales and property management, Natalie became involved in leadership opportunities within our Central Panhandle Association of REALTORS®. She served as a Board of Director for four years, serves as an active member of the Multiple Listing Service committee, and past member of the Education and Professional Development Committee. Her greatest professional achievement within the REALTOR® association was being recognized as the founding Chairperson of the Young Professionals Network, winning the National Association of Realtors award for Network of the Year. She is an advocate for education and growth within our REALTOR® association while providing professionalism and courtesy to all.
Natalie was born and raised in Bay County and she has a passion for helping others find a place to call home. Specializing in luxury real estate, investment property sales, and residential home sales, she is well versed in the local market. Natalie loves and appreciates this unique environment from a relaxing beach lifestyle to participating in fun community events. She is very familiar with the Bay and Walton Counties, and the wonderful people who also call this area home.
