Rooms for pupils and students are available in a completely renovated two-apartment house in an excellent location in the immediate vicinity of the center of Maribor. The house is approximately 800 m from the center and only about 600 m from the Faculty of Medicine and the hospital, making it an ideal choice for living during schooling.

A total of 5 rooms are available: four double rooms and one single room. The first floor accommodates 4 students, and the ground floor 5 students. The beds are equipped with high-quality mattresses and new bedding. Each room also has a large wardrobe with plenty of storage space. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is available.

The house has been completely renovated - the installations and windows have been replaced, and all equipment is new and unused. Each floor has a new kitchen with all appliances and basic kitchen equipment (plates, pans, pots, cutlery, microwave oven, toaster and air fryer), a bathroom, separate toilet, washer-dryer and air conditioning. Heating is provided by radiators.

The house stands on a large and well-kept plot with plenty of greenery and trees, and there is also a garden shed and a small garden, creating a pleasant living environment.

The rental is intended exclusively for pupils and students.

The rental price is 250 EUR rent + 50 EUR expenses per person per month.

The security deposit is one month's rent plus expenses.
