Raised in the beautiful mountains of Yancey County, Alechia understands the numerous intangible benefits of living in WNC. As a native to the area, she brings tremendous knowledge of the extensive growth in the surrounding communities.
Alechia is a graduate of Gardner-Webb University, where she studied Business Administration. She is also a licensed Cosmetologist and has been a successful business owner for 20+ years.
Growing up in a family of contractors, she has always possessed a love and passion for real estate.
Alechia is currently a licensed General Contractor, where she owns and operates TEAM Construction. Along with her real estate license, she has the experience and background to help provide her clients with a variety of skills and knowledge to ensure a successful experience.
Alechia lives in Weaverville with her husband, Tracy and her two children, Mattie and Eli.
