I am a transplant to beautiful Lake Placid Florida, I have more than 25 years’ experience, compassion and passion for land use. I specialize in facilitating every detail of real estate transactions. With my natural and professional attention to detail, I am a good fit for implementing the step-by-step process whether you are a first time buyer, an empty nester, a growing family or aspiring snowbird. Working efficiently makes the process smoother. I attribute my passion for all aspects of land use as my motivation toward a career in real estate. Before becoming a Realtor, I had a background in law, specializing in real estate transactions, and working as a land use board administrator. I have also been a sales manager for builders marketing new communities. I handled every facet of the sales process from explaining blueprints to customization to closing title. More recently I authored 2 books for NJ hikers, “You Can Get There from Here \342\200\223 Hiking Hunterdon County Trails” and a sequel, “Hiking NJ Trails \342\200\223 Hunterdon County and Beyond.” I have also authored “Recipes and Life \342\200\223 Life is Too Short to be Stuck in the Kitchen,” which reflects my passion for fresh food, home-made and homegrown, prepared without devoting hours and hours in kitchen time. I am a Florida real estate broker associate and a graduate of the Realtor’s Institute. I am a member of the Heartland Association of Realtors. As the mother of 5 grown children and soon-to-be 14 grandchildren, I understand the importance of family and community involvement. I am a 16-year veteran of the American Cancer Society Relay for Life effort. I volunteer for the Mural Society of Lake Placid and I am active in Lake Placid Garden Club and Women’s Club.
