Dulcineia Albanese

Originally from Brazil and the oldest of sixteen siblings, I legally immigrated to the United States in 1986. I became a US citizen seven years later. 


In 1990 I went to school to learn English and at the same time I entered into Real Estate school in the state of Florida. I was so happy that I passed the Real estate exam and with that this was my first win in this great country of ours! I am thankful I was granted the opportunity to help buyers and sellers make the most important purchase of their lifetime!


I am positive, enthusiastic and a great problem solver. I have learned through 35 years as a successful Realtor that being a problem solver and a very effective negotiator helps the sellers sell for the highest possible price the market can bring and buyers to find the home they envisioned.


One of the skills I possess is being able to speak English, Spanish and Portuguese. This has helped many clients become comfortable in the buying and selling process.



I have been a frequent visitor to the High Country and recently bought a home in Beech Mountain where my husband and I are a Real Estate team.
