As an experience and trusted realtor for my clients, I understand that buying and selling a home is complex. With a lot at stake for clients both financially and personally, I have always pushed myself to be an expert on the job. I understand all the variables involved in a real estate transaction, from the market trends to the players involved in each deal. My real estate career started 18 years ago as a title abstractor before switching to the real estate side. Though I learned a lot while in the title business, I knew I wanted to work with people. I have spent years building relationships with clients, taking continuing education classes, and working alongside the most successful realtors in the business. My passion is apparent through my excellent communication, closed sales, and real client testimonials. My communication skills and extensive knowledge assist in my success…whether it is helping a seller prepare their home, market it beautifully & effectively, and assisting in getting a clean offer, or house hunting with buyers, preparing strong offers, and seeing the excitement when I hand them the keys. Making myself available anytime shows my clients I am here every step of the way, making sure your comfortable with the process. Born and raised in Southern Maryland, and previously working in Virginia, I was able to see what makes both states desirable. Licensed to practice real estate in both Maryland & Virginia allows me to assist you whether you want the rural parts of Southern Maryland, or the city life of Alexandria, and everything in between. When I am not helping my clients, I enjoy family time with my husband and two daughters. I also enjoy participating in and/or donating to the many give-back events organized and hosted by Century 21 New Millennium.
