Russell S. Lampman is a 1974 graduate of Texas A & M University in College Station , Texas . He received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Animal Science . Russell S. Lampman has been involved in farm and ranch management and agriculture from 1974 to the present . He has worked as a real estate appraiser since 1984. From March 1984 to December 1990 , he was employed by Albert O. Menn & Associates in Seguin , Texas . He was employed by the firm of Noble & Associates , Inc. in San Antonio, Texas from January 1991 to April 1999. From April 1999 to October 2001 , he was employed by the Farm Credit Bank as a staff appraiser .
