I am a German, bilingual in English & German and have been in sales for 6 years now. As a previous Manager for a Government Contractor and then Retail Manager in Oklahoma I developed a Team Spirit Management Style. In addition, I am the Owner of Crazy Deals Enterprises, LLC, my investment company. The Golden Rule Conduct is important in all my day-to-day activities, and I strive to do right by everyone! Diversity and respect for other folk's culture and personality is a must do as well! I strive to give Buyers and Sellers detailed real estate service with a combination of humor, detailed knowledge in all related fields of the real estate transaction. Honesty and conducting business simply with a "down to earth" attitude. I have served as the President, Vice-President, Secretary, State Director, Chair for Fundraising-Fair Housing-RPAC-Cont. Education-Nominating Committee and more. The Southeast Association of Realtors have presented me twice in 5 years with the REALTOR OF THE YEAR AWARD! Buyers and Sellers are calling me the "Realtor wo works" or "The Energizer Bunny". It is kind of funny, but I guess that is how they feel. My excellent skills consist of problem solving, people skills, attention to detail, communication, providing great knowledge to the parties I am working with, marketing and getting the transaction done in a timely manner. My weak skill is no tolerance for laziness! You have a job to do: DO IT and do it right the first time. When doing business with me you will be receiving a wealth of information during the buying or selling process and my detailed assistance to accomplish the mission: either selling or buying a property. I believe in learning and enhancing my real estate wisdom to benefit Buyers and Sellers. Remember; I am a Foreigner; so if I can do it I expect every Licensee to accomplish the same and learn more about all real estate related subjects. Every time a buyer or seller chooses me as their Realtor, I feel very honored and strive to give my very best. I am passionate about my profession and the fine people I come in contact with. I do not separate people; I bring people together and let Buyers meet the Sellers too. Based on listening to the Buyers wishes, needs, and wants as well as to the Sellers.
