She entered the Loan industry in 1995, starting as a copier and diligently working her way up to becoming a Loan Consultant. As an Asset Manager for several banks, Fab collaborated with homeowners, realtors, and investors across 40 states. She routinely managed 25 million in residential assets and consistently handled the highest profile properties, earning recognition as a top producer.

Fab is passionate about understanding her clients' needs and helping them achieve their specific goals. Her innovative thinking and outside-the-box solutions ensure client satisfaction every time. Bilingual in English and Spanish, Fab effectively communicates with a diverse clientele, providing exceptional service to both English and Spanish-speaking clients.

In her spare time, Fab enjoys body combat and kickboxing, cooking, and a good happy hour with friends.
