I have called Baton Rouge home for over 30 years. I have been a licensed Realtor for over 15 years..I am a member of the Greater Baton Rouge Board Of Realtors. I also serve on committees at the board of realtors.
Marketing: I utilize all the tools that Century 21 offers its agents to maximize the exposure of your home online.
Video: Live video made of your home and property. I work alongside a videographer to film myself highlighting all the essential features of your home. This video will then be featured on all my social media channels.
Networking: Once listed I will be sending a blast email out of your listing to the realtors that I continue to network with in the Greater Baton Rouge area.
Feedback: After showings I will be sharing any feedback received from the buyer's agent.
Open Houses: The first Open House is held on the first Sunday after your listing goes live.
Brokers Open: Brokers opens are done by MLS area. If your home is still available for sale once your home's MLS area opens it will be featured.
I believe that strong communication skills and knowledge of the community and the real estate market are essential to being a real estate professional. My goal with my clients is to inform them of all aspects of a real estate transaction.
