I am excited to introduce myself as your local REALTOR® for the
Upstate of SC. I was born and raised in Spartanburg and as a
native I understand this area very well.  I have seen us transform
from a thriving textile community to now an automotive one.  
I am a 1983 graduate of Clemson University, and I received my
MBA from Charleston Southern in 2010.  Throughout my career I
was an Engineer, Supervisor, Plant Manager and Director of
Operations for five (5) large corporations.  I am proficient at
decision making, negotiations, conflict resolution; all the skills
necessary to represent you in all your real estate needs.
After 40 years in manufacturing, it was time to exit and follow my
passion. Whether it is helping others find their perfect home or
looking to sell their home, I am here to guide you through the
entire process. As a Spartanburg homeowner, I understand the
nuances of ownership and can share my decades of experience. 
As a member of The Millwood Team, you not only get my
personal expertise but also the collaborative skills of all team
members which strengthens the success of attaining your real
estate goals. 
I am married to Donna Millwood. We have three (3) children, five
(5) grandchildren and many pets.  We are active in our church
and enjoy the outdoors, fly fishing, golf, and hiking. I am
dedicated to volunteering
