For Kirsten, having a heart is the lifeblood of her business and personal outlook. But as a REALTOR® since 2008, Kirsten’s heart for the real estate industry, her clients, her employees, and the greater community has kept growing, which has helped Century 21 Four Seasons Realty flourish through the relationships that have been built during strong as well as weak economic cycles. With an in-depth knowledge of state and local real estate markets combined with an 8-year title and escrow background, Kirsten has her finger on the pulse of trends and changes that can impact her clients. As a result, she is able to offer insights and recommendations that other agencies are not able to provide, which helps guides her clients into realizing their goals. She also invests into the team’s knowledge and professionalism to continually focus on sharpening their skills and knowledge as professionals in order to best serve clients. By being abreast of current events affecting home ownership and the real estate industry, Century 21 Four Seasons Realty is better able to focus on the most important aspect of the business: providing white-glove service to clients. As an excellent problem solver, Kirsten researches all available options for any given problem to assist in finding the best and most appropriate solution. Throughout the entire real estate transaction process, she is extremely thorough and exercises her top-notch negotiation and collaboration skills to create win-win opportunities for every transaction, no matter how complicated it might be. On an industry level, her engagement in National Association of REALTORS®, Idaho Association of REALTORS®, Selkirk Association of REALTORS®, Women’s Council of REALTORS®, Real Estate Business Institute (REBI), and Residential Real Estate Council has built a vast expanse of area professionals helping her provide the best, most cost-effective, and timely solutions to meet client needs. Kirsten gives back to the community, serving as a Volunteer Emergency Medical Technician with Boundary Ambulance, Secretary of the Selkirk Association of REALTORS® MLS Board, and as a frequent volunteer and donor to many local events including school activities, sports, Bonners Ferry Rotary, Food Drives, GROW community gardens, 4-H, Fry Health Care Foundation, Ducks Unlimited, Hope House, and Special Olympics. Because she believes that a great REALTOR is so much more than a key to the front door of a dream home, Kirsten works hard to transcend that role into becoming a client friend, confidant, counselor, teacher, and partner through the entire real estate transaction process and beyond.
