Now a full-time REALTOR® with CENTURY 21 Legacy, Richard serves the Greater Tri-Cities region - including Greeneville, Johnson City, Jonesborough, Kingsport, Morristown, and beyond. Richard specializes in residential homes, land sales, and investment properties, with a growing niche in helping first-time buyers, seasoned investors, and those navigating unique financing paths. His training includes an ABR® designation, as well as advanced coursework in real estate investing and home staging - adding depth to both his strategic insight and client experience.
