Please allow me to introduce myself, my name is Rufina Marte Candelario and I am a Real Estate Agent affiliated with CENTURY 21 AllPoints Realty. I would like to share a brief information, if I may. I am privileged to be working for the last 9 years, assisting families in buying and selling real estate in Niceville, Freeport, Santa Rosa Beach, Destin, Crestview, FL and other communities near Eglin Air Force Base. I’ve been living in the Panhandle since 2002, when my family and I fell in love with its emerald waters and the amazing panoramic views. I combine worldwide ultimate broadcasting technology provided by Century 21, with different marketing strategies, such as lead generation programs, open houses, mail out and social media. Our Code of ethics, by The National Association of Realtors (NAR), is one of the most important guides in the way that I practice real estate. I take frequently continued education courses to keep up with applicable laws and regulations, as well as the new market trends. I enjoy learning about my communities; sometimes through web media, conversation with locals, or visiting the neighborhoods. I speak Spanish fluently. I also speak basic French and Italian. Florida Military Specialist and Military Relocation Professional are my most recent certifications.
