Tano Holmes

Tano Holmes is a licensed associate real estate broker with 7 years of experience in the real estate industry.  Tano Holmes is a graduate of Massachusetts College of Liberal arts, with a bachelor's degree in interdisciplinary studies,  as well as a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America.  He is a certified "Realtor" with the National Association of Realtors. He has additional certifications as a CPE, and Certified Probate Expert.  He also is a licensed appraisal trainee. 

Tano served as the treasurer of his condominium board from 2017-2019. The Orion Condominium at 3044 3rd Ave. Bronx NY 10451.  He was elected to the condominium board at the age of 26.  Tano Holmes handles all aspects of real estate transactions, from the initial consultation, through closing.  His previous experience in hospitality makes him an excellent communicator, and attentive to his client's needs. 

As a landlord himself in multiple markets, he is familiar with and up to date with current landlord tenancy laws and regulations. In his spare time, he enjoys family time with his wife, 2 toddlers, walking his two Pomeranians, cooking, and playing chess.
