Continuing my education to serve my clients better I am now a licensed Associate Real Estate broker. My dedication, entrepreneurial skill, and community leadership, have made me to become a first class realtor. Being born and raised in The Bronx, I have called City Island home for the last 34 years.
When looking for a home for myself, the peace and serenity I felt while driving over the bridge in to City Island was so welcoming. 'Its a small town in the vastness of New York City with the flavor of a quaint New England fishing village.' I have been involved in this community and was awarded a Citation for my efforts from the Bronx Borough President Ruben Diaz, Jr., for m commitment and tenacity.
I re-entered the Real Estate Industry in 1988 as an agent and Vice President of Operations in mortgage banking. After having my youngest child, I left the mortgage industry to work in the family funeral home as the CFO for thirty five years and helped orchestrate the transition of the multi-generation family business.
Now, I have returned to real estate full time working for Century21-Marciano with a breadth of prior experience in effective marketing techniques and the home search technologies of today’s housing market. My passion is seen through my work and is reflected in my clients on-line reviews.
My favorite homes are the ones of historical character. My own home was built in 1883 and came with a history and family dynamics of earlier times. The excitement that comes with discovering pieces of history is second to none. The joy that comes with helping buyers or sellers close on a home is a sense of satisfaction that I take to heart.
