Hi, I'm Charles Dizon, a real estate agent for CENTURY 21 Real Estate Center, and I'm thrilled to be your go-to expert in all things real estate in western Washington. With over six years of experience in the industry, I've honed my skills and expertise to provide my clients with exceptional service and results.
One of my unique advantages as a real estate agent is that I am fluent in both English and Tagalog, allowing me to better serve clients from diverse backgrounds. My mission is to make the home buying or selling process as smooth and stress-free as possible for my clients, and my language skills help me accomplish that.
When I'm not working with clients, I'm enjoying quality time with my family. Being a proud father to my daughter Kylie and a devoted husband to my wife ThaiRy is a priority, and I love spending time with them. We enjoy taking walks in our neighborhood and staying active with workouts on our Peloton or Tonal. We also share a passion for travel and trying new foods. I've been fortunate to have had the opportunity to travel to Europe and Asia, and I look forward to bringing my daughter along for the same experiences.
Community involvement is also very important to me. I donate a portion of my commission from each transaction closed to the Easterseals of Washington Chapter. I am also a Leadership Launch Donor and supporter, and I believe in giving back to my community and helping those in need.
My family and I moved to the Greater Seattle area in 1998, and I've had a personal connection to the area and its neighborhoods ever since. In 2012, I had my first experience in real estate as a consumer/buyer, and I was hooked. I made the decision to grow my real estate business in 2016 and have been helping clients achieve their goals ever since.
