Hey everyone! \360\237\221\213 [https://static.xx.fbcdn.net/images/emoji.php/v9/t99/2/16/1f44b.png] I’m Shane Phillips, the broker and owner of Century 21 Adams-Harvey & Associates. I’ve been helping people find their dream homes since December 2006. My journey into real estate began when I received my license while working at the Yamaha Music Manufacturing plant in Thomaston. Little did I know, just a couple of months later, the plant would announce its closure, leaving us all looking for new paths. In June 2007, when the plant closed its doors for good, I took a leap of faith and went full-time into real estate. It's been an incredible journey ever since!

I started my career at ReMax in Motion but soon found my home at Century 21 Adams-Harvey & Associates. In 2012, I had the opportunity to purchase the company from the amazing Tommy and Martha Adams, and it's been a privilege to carry on their legacy.

I’m a proud attendee of the University of Georgia (Go Dawgs! \360\237\220\276 [https://static.xx.fbcdn.net/images/emoji.php/v9/t7d/2/16/1f43e.png]) and an alumnus of Mercer University. When I’m not working, you’ll probably find me cheering on UGA football, relaxing on the beach, travelling somewhere I've never been, or diving into a good book. But my true passion? Helping people like you with all of their real estate needs.
