Hi! My name is Garren T. Lazar. I am brand new to the industry of real estate in the sunny state of Florida and I'm excited by the opportunity to help Florida grow! For as long as I can remember, I've always has an interest in unique properties and locations. I'm always on the lookout as I enjoy my favorite hobby of traveling. To date, I'm fortunate to say that I have visited all 48 of the contiguous United States. I grew up in the state of Delaware, but I have lived in Orlando, Florida for the last two years. Being a local to the area gives me an advantage with helping clients buy or sell properties. My real estate "spark" ignited when a very close friend in property management suggested that I jump into real estate because of my interest and excitement in the industry. I've also had some experience with Airbnb in Delaware, which expanded my vision related to showcasing homes, their unique features, amenities, and values. I have a wealth of experience across various social media platforms and a background in multi-media specialties, such as videography, photography, editing, and marketing with a Bachelor's degree in digital film-making. My online experience with platforms such as YouTube and Facebook helps me connect with the local community and beyond.
