My husband and I have lived in many wonderful places, but for over 30 years, we’ve been drawn
to the Oak Island/Southport area for vacations. Knowing this was where we wanted to retire, we
took the plunge in 2014 and made Southport our home.


I began my real estate career in 2003 in Greensboro, NC, and have since had the privilege of
working with both buyers and sellers. I specialize in assisting relocation clients and seniors as
they transition into the next phase of their lives. My expertise includes helping sellers prepare
their homes for the market, ensuring they are photo-ready with effective staging tips. Whether
