Hi, I'm Sean Pharms, a dedicated real estate professional proudly serving families and investors across Southern California. Born and raised in Sacramento, I've always believed that real estate is about more than just buying and selling—it's about building futures, creating stability, and laying the foundation for generational wealth. Beyond working with clients, I'm actively involved in the real estate community. I serve on the Board of Directors for both the California Association of Black Real Estate Professionals and the Asian Real Estate Association of America's North Los Angeles chapter. I'm also a proud committee member of the Young Professionals Network within the Southland Regional Association of Realtors, where I help support and empower the next generation of real estate leaders. When I'm not working, I love spending time with my wife and two daughters in the Santa Clarita Valley. We enjoy exploring our community and making memories that last a lifetime.
