Tim Moore has been awarded Realtor\303\202® of the Year 2019 by the Lakes Region Association of Realtors. Tim brings to Century 21 Atwood. over 30 years of sales and management experience, the last 15 in Real Estate as a Top Producer. He has gained extensive knowledge of the market, focusing on lakeshore, farms and hunting land. Before entering the real estate profession, Tim worked in sales and sales training for Hubbard Milling in Mankato, MN and later progressed into corporate sales with two major corporations; Ridley of Australia and Archer-Daniels-Midland. Tim's favorite part of real estate is working individually with people, treating the customers the way he would want to be treated. Tim and his wife DeeDee are life-long residents of the Underwood area and also own and operate a farming operation. In his spare time Tim enjoys hunting and fishing and being on the lake, which he feels has helped him gain a better understanding of his hunting and lakeshore customers. He is a member of the Underwood Lions Club and the Tordenskjold Free Lutheran Church Tim is a member of the Lake Region Association of Realtors, Minnesota Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors and a member of the local multiple listing service.
