Our leadership team is spearheaded by Shawn Guzman, a military veteran who
served 12 years in the Army Reserve, spent nine years as a police officer, and
five years as a SWAT team member. Shawn transitioned to real estate in 2016
after a successful early career in sales, seeking a safer and equally rewarding
profession. His dedication and natural communication skills quickly earned him
recognition, including being named Rookie Agent of the Year in 2017.

Joining Shawn is his wife Misty, who made a significant career change from
nursing to real estate during the COVID-19 pandemic to spend more time with
their three children. Together, the Guzman's and their team serve the residents
of Madison, Limestone, Morgan, Marshall, and Jackson counties. We offer a wide
range of real estate services, including residential buying and selling,
historic property management, and new construction.

Operating under the CENTURY 21 Home Team name, we leverage the powerful
resources of the CENTURY 21® brand. This includes world-class technology and
marketing, innovative lead generation, comprehensive agent training, and
productivity platforms. These tools enable us to deliver top-tier service to
buyers, sellers, and investors.

Our vision is rooted in growth and community engagement. We plan to recruit at
least ten new agents annually and open three additional offices in Cullman,
Fairhope, and Gulf Shores over the next five years. Despite these ambitious
plans, our commitment to local roots remains steadfast. Many of our team members
are long-time residents of the areas we serve, providing valuable insights into
local market trends and community developments.

developers, and title companies, ensuring our clients are well-informed
throughout the buying and selling process. Our dedication to community service
is evident in our long-term support for organizations such as Kids to Love,
Rocks and Locks hair donations for cancer patients, and Stars Dancing for HEALS.
Additionally, we proudly sponsor Huntsville Havoc Hockey, Buckhorn Baseball, and
other local youth sports programs.
