Agricultural plot Grobelno for investment

In the settlement of Grobelno, in a sunny location facing south, an agricultural plot of 7,823 m2 is for sale. According to the actual state and the GURS registry, the plot is partially classified as forest land, partially as the best agricultural land, and partially as rural settlement areas, as it lies in the southern part within the zone of buildable parcels.
