Alexander Delgado is a real estate professional working as a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson both in New York (Rockland, Westchester, Orange and Bronx Counties) and the Northwest New Jersey areas (Bergen County), with a focus on residential/commercial real estate assisting buyers and sellers alike. He has years of experience in the industry as an agent and investor, holding the designations of ABR®, Accredited Buyer’s Representative and SFR®, Short Sales and Foreclosures Resource Certification. Alex is committed to providing his clients, whether buying or selling, with the highest level of customer service. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors® (HGAR) and Greater Bergen Realtors® (GBR).
Prior to his transition to real estate, he had a successful career as an insurance auditor. It was the childhood memory of his Father’s answer to the question of why he never purchased a home “Nobody helped me,” that drove Alexander to a career in real estate. He had the strong desire to be the person that could help those dreaming of home ownership turn that vision into a reality. He is also very passionate about helping homeowners with the entire process of selling their home, with the upmost of care and attention to detail.

Alexander holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Baruch College.
In his spare time, he enjoys reading, golf, movies, weightlifting, and Broadway. He is fluent in Spanish and a current resident of Mahwah, New Jersey where he lives with his wife, Jillian.
