Amy has called Coeur d'Alene home since 2002, but her connection to this beautiful community began as a child, when she visited her grandfather here. Drawn to the lake, mountains, forests, and small-town charm, she eventually made Coeur d'Alene home for her family and has spent more than two decades immersed in the community she loves.

Having lived downtown for much of that time, Amy brings an intimate knowledge of the Coeur d'Alene lifestyle, from its waterfront and neighborhoods to its vibrant downtown, local businesses, restaurants, and the many details that make this community so special. She specializes in downtown properties, waterfront homes, second homes, and vacation properties.

Amy's love of real estate is rooted in a lifelong appreciation for homes and design. She is naturally drawn to architecture, interiors, aesthetics, and the way a thoughtfully designed home can shape the way we live. A longtime yoga teacher and active member of the Coeur d'Alene community, Amy embraces the lifestyle she helps her clients discover. When she's not working with clients, you'll find her boating on the lake, enjoying the outdoors, cooking, practicing yoga, supporting local businesses, exploring the area's restaurants, or spending time with family and friends.

Having grown up in the Seattle area, Amy has always felt most at home surrounded by water, mountains, and trees. To her, Coeur d'Alene offers an extraordinary combination of natural beauty, community, and lifestyle—and she feels fortunate to help others make it their home.
