Clay Browning, CCIM has 19 years of experience in real estate, with 10 years as a managing Broker. Prior to entering the Real Estate profession Clay worked in corporate management and, logistics. Clay is passionate about faith, family, entrepreneurship, and helping others. Specifically, Clay enjoys coaching others to define their dreams, goals, and assisting in the implementation and pursuit of those dreams and goals.

Clay Browning has extensive knowledge of the South Georgia area and local economy, and well equipped to understand the needs of commercial clients. Clay has years of experience in recreation, agriculture, and timber properties.
Over the past 30 years Clay has watched South Georgia grow from a small agriculture community into a thriving metropolitan area, and a regional economic and educational hub for South Georgia.
Growing up on a farm just west of Valdosta has given Clay a love for the outdoors and all that South Georgia has to offer. For recreation and leisure Clay enjoys spending time with family, watching his son’s sporting events, hunting, fishing, and time working on the farm.


Clay is excited to be a part of the area's promising future, and Clay feels blessed to be a part of an Industry that He is extremely passionate about.
