Joan Schleinkofer

I was born and raised in Philadelphia and have lived in Bucks County, a suburb of Philadelphia, for the past 25 years.  My backrgound is in Construction Management and Real Estate Development which is where my love of real estate originated. I recently earned my Associates Degree in Business Management and have completed many  Real Estate courses and certifications over the years. I am a member of the National Association of Realtors, Pennsylvania Association of Realtors and Bucks County Association of Realtors. I've been with Century 21 Advantage Gold since 2015 and have earned the Quality Service Producer Award for the last three years, an accomplishment I am very proud of. I am an avid volunteer and have held positions including Board of Directors at Parkwood Youth Organization, PTG President of Faust Elementary School and volunteer parent at Colonial Skating Club of PA. I volunteer with Girl Scouts of Eastern PA serving as Bensalem Service Unit Manager, Troop Leader and currently Troop Assistant. When I am not working or volunteering, you might find me sitting in my beach chair on the Outer Banks of North Carolina with my coffee and a good book!
