Kathy has been in real estate since 1986, and has been in the top 1% of REALTORS® nationwide for years. A member of the Northern Virginia Board of REALTORS®, a Certified Residential Specialist, and a Graduate of Real Estate Institute, she believes that continued education is a must. Having served over 2,700 families in her career, she brings a personal touch to every move. She has built her business around specialized service for both buyers and sellers, and because of that, most of her business is from referrals of past clients. Kathy is licensed in Virginia, West Virginia, and Maryland so she is able to serve any location of interest surrounding Washington DC.Kathy has two daughters, and four adorable grandchildren, who she loves to spend time with.
