I have worked every aspect of the industry representing sellers, buyers and investors, in both the residential and commercial market. I use my training, experience and foresight to proactively address details before they become a problem. My expertise includes strategic planning, transaction management and financial structuring, especially to first time home buyers. I also handle foreclosure and short sale properties, inspecting and maintaining. I initiate communication in every detail of a transaction from beginning to closing. I speak Tagalog and English. Graduated in the Philippines with a Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology. Also, graduated from New York University with Doppler Echocardiography and Medical Ultrasound degree. I became passionate in sales when moving to Arkansas. I also have a travel, shipping and recruitment business.
