She has worked in the construction industry in Naples Florida and has completed a National Program, Certified New Homes Sales Professional associated with the Home Builders Association.
Nancy has a vast background in sales and marketing experience and has traveled extensively for the Associated Press as the Midwest Regional Radio Executive, was an advertising executive with Clear Channel Radio and helped form the first non-profit organization by a radio station to help families and children in need. While working for the families real estate business in Ohio, she became involved in many community programs, New Schools/New Neighborhoods Grant Program, Affordable Housing & Cultural Diversity, programs to educate the community against Predatory Lending, Bridges out of Poverty and Getting Ahead programs, with a focus on Welfare to Career Programs to better understand the needs of our affordable housing and sustaining communities. She worked for years with the Lucas County Family Council and National Fair Housing Department on affordable housing concerns, along with writing grants for Non-Profit housing programs and Mission Driven Investment programs and was successful in saving an Active-Duty Military client’s home from foreclosure while he was serving our country under the Soldiers and Sailors act.
