Rhonda Patnode

Rhonda is a native of Eastern Washington and has lived in the Tri-Cities for 22 years. She bought her first home at the age of 24 after graduating from college with a degree in dental hygiene. In 1996, Rhonda started investing in real estate, co-owning a general contracting and property management company where she purchased six houses and a multi-family property in the first year. Rhonda is very familiar with the home-building process as well as coordinating with city and county code compliance, having facilitated the general contract that built her family’s home in 2008.

A lover of Tri-Cities, Rhonda raised her children here and believes it is the best place to raise a family! She enjoys the area for all it has to offer, including boating, camping, hiking, sporting events, and the beautiful weather.

Rhonda’s greatest passion in life is helping people. As a full-time real estate broker, she is a highly motivated, detail oriented, and organized. Her mission is to deliver a top-notch experience by providing attentive and timely service to all of her clients. Having been on the investing side, and now having a family of her own, Rhonda finds it very rewarding helping others become new homeowners.
