Amber Wellman was the first agent to sign on with Running S Realty in 2017. She got her start in real estate in 2011 when she began selling manufactured homes with Clayton Homes. Amber got her real estate license in 2013 and over the course of the last several years she has worked as a property manager, a sales consultant for a commercial developer and a new home consultant substitute for various new construction neighborhoods in the greater New Braunfels area.

Amber has spent most of her life in the Gonzales County - Wilson County area. She met her husband Ethan in 2013 and they planted their roots in Stockdale where they are raising their 3 daughters, Harlye, Londyn and Dawsyn.

Amber’s free time is spent volunteering with a local non profit organization, The Dewville Social Club. The Club organizes events year-round with a focus on joining together to help those in need.
Besides her time spent with the DVSC, Amber also volunteers as a coach for local youth sports.

Amber works in all surrounding areas with a focus on Wilson, Gonzales, Bexar, Guadalupe and Comal counties. She has extensive knowledge in financing and has relationships with some amazing lenders that can help get buyers into their dream home.

Over the last several years, Amber has established relationships with so many different people. Her experience in so many different areas of real estate gives her a unique edge and allows her to offer so many different resources for her clients - both in buying and selling their homes.
