Beverly Daniel is a highly-spirited Realtor with an infectious laugh. She is deeply involved in her church working the St. Johns Food Pantry and she carries her joy with her every day. You can tell she loves real estate and helping people whether they're buying or selling.

Beverly is extremely conscientious about her work - taking care of all of the details and making sure her customers understand the complicated process in selling and buying. Along the way, many of her customers become friends.
Beverly has a history in real estate: she had a successful Corporate Collections Company, managed two Mobile Home Dealerships and had 20 years of experience in Real Estate and Mobile Home Sales of which 10 years were in Coquina Crossings listing and selling homes.
"You have to have a Dealer's License to sell Manufactured & Mobile Homes without land. I have mine and I can list and sell Mobile Homes in Leased Land Communities through my company - North Florida Resales, LLC. It's an additional service that I can provide for which most Realtors have little background or experience. My first love though is marketing and selling Single Family Homes through Century 21 St. Augustine Properties, Inc. I love my office and the Realtors in it!"
