After twenty years a professional career in the fashion industry. The fashion industry is a fast-paced and demanding industry that requires high-level performance and focus to meet deadlines. I successfully transitioned into the Real Estate entrepreneurship business. Working as an assistant property manager and helping people reorganize their financial spectrum to become owners gave me the ability to smoothly transition into Real Estate entrepreneurship.
It’s a great satisfaction to represent sellers and buyers to achieve their dreams and goals in selling, buying, or renting homes and help provide housing or business to renters in residential and commercial. I enjoy working with first-time home buyers as well as Investors. Assist sellers and buyers to navigate the residential real estate market with the necessary tools to negotiate and make the right decisions.
My areas of expertise are the Bronx, Lower Westchester, Rockland, and Orange County, I am also a local and international investor with partnerships with other agents throughout the United States real estate market.
My biggest achievement will be to acquire and provide housing to people with special needs and disabled adults with their families.
